Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Our refund and returns policy applies for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not refund or exchange for change of mind.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
We require a receipt or proof of purchase before refunds can be arranged. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us via email first, we will not be held liable for goods returned without prior confirmation of eligibility for a refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use.
- Book with signs of damage from shipping where goods have been packaged in appropriate means.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Please email info@intentionallyplayful.com.au as soon as you notice a fault or damage to your item with details of the damage or fault (photographs of the damage or fault will help speed up the approval process). We will email you with details of where to send your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of approval.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not exchange for change of mind. Postage is covered by you. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@intentionallyplayful.com.au
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided in your refund confirmation email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including by email, via our website www.yourbusinessname.com.au, from your website, from other publicly available sources and from third parties. We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.
We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. However, most of the Personal Information is or will be stored in client files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 7 years.

You may access the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us in writing.

In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
